If you are charged a set up fee of two weeks rent by another agent it represents an additional 4% of the annual rent, on top of the commission they take for collecting the rent. A lease renewal can be as much as another 3%. We employ in-house tradesmen and qualified staff including a solicitor, chartered accountant and surveyor to ensure a professional service at very competitive rates.
