Tenant Application Form

If you have attended a viewing appointment to see a property and wish to apply for it, please complete the information in the form. Please do not complete the form if you have not attended a viewing appointment and call us on 0161 434 5225 to arrange to see the property.

Note that all sections must be complete in order to submit the application form. References will be obtained. If you are unable to supply information for any of the form fields, please specify the reason for this.

When you have completed and submitted the form, please send an email to wren@wrenproperties.co.uk with the additional information below and we will contact you as soon as possible about your application request:

(1) a copy of your passport (including any applicable visas); and

(2) proof of your income demonstrating how you will be able to pay the rent eg. three recent payslips and/or bank statements showing sufficient regular income to cover the rent and living expenses; and

(3) any other information you think will be useful to support your application eg. if you are a student provide a copy of your course confirmation letter and if someone else is paying the rent for you proof of their income etc.

Holding Fee Deposit
I agree to pay the equivalent of one week's rent per tenancy as a non-refundable holding fee deposit to conditionally remove the property from the market whilst my application is processed and satisfactory credit checks, employer and previous landlord references and a guarantor who is a UK home owner are obtained. If the tenancy proceeds I consent to this fee deposit being deducted from the total rent and deposit payable to move in. If the tenancy does not proceed it will be refunded where Wren or the landlord has rejected my application. I accept that Wren will retain the fee deposit if: I provide false or misleading information or (ii) I do not provide adequate documentation to confirm my identification, previous residence, credit worthiness and ability to pay the rent or (iii) respond on a timely basis to requests for information required to process my application or (iv) I fail a right to rent immigration status check or (v) I withdraw from the proposed agreement or change my requested move-in date to one which is not acceptable to the landlord.
