Tenant Repairs Reporting using Fiixit
Please report and manage your property repairs using Fiixit which is a dedicated digital repairs platform. It shouldn't be used for reporting emergencies which are threatening to life, health or the integrity of the property.
You will have received an email inviting you to register your Fiixit tenant account using the link in the email (if you don’t have the email, please check your spam/junk folder). Alternatively, you can create your tenant account directly at www.fiixit.co.uk using your same email address as you provided during your tenancy application.
Please submit your future repair requests through your Fiixit tenant account. We’re confident that using Fiixit will make your experience easier and faster, you will be able to:
- Report repairs anytime, anywhere
- Upload photos or videos
- Add and receive comments on repair tickets, stored all in one place
- Track job updates

Report Maintenance IssueImportant
By requesting that work be completed you authorise us to enter the property to carry out the repairs. The tenant acknowledges that if the repair is found to be due to misuse or the repair is not the responsibility of the landlord as specified in the tenancy agreement, the tenant may be responsible for payment of the repair or call out as per the tenancy agreement.
